As part of the ERIR Reform project announced by Minister Bruton, a single complaint form (Workplace Relations Complaint Form) has now been introduced to facilitate first instance complaints to the Tribunal, the Right Commissioner Service, the National Employment Rights Authority, the Equality Tribunal and the Labour Court.  The Tribunal's complaint form (T1A) has been incorporated into the single complaint form and is, therefore, no longer in use.  The Workplace Relations Complaint Form is available on this website and from www.workplacerelations.ie  Guidance on the use of the latter form is attached below for your assistance.  

All workplace relations complaints are now submitted to Workplace Relations Customer Services, Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, O'Brien Road, Carlow.  The Tribunal's appeals and other forms (T1B, T1C & T1D) are still in use and are accessible on the EAT eform on the homepage. 

The provision of inaccurate, illegible or incomplete forms is a factor that contributes to additional work and delays.  The introduction of an electronic form is a move towards reducing the number of subsequent queries that arise as a result, thereby improving the service provided to all parties. 

OPTIONS

Workplace Relations Complaint Form is to be used for first instance complaints to the Tribunal. 

T1B option - is to be used for appeals to the Tribunal of the Rights Commissioners's recommendations/decisions

T1C option - is to be used for a Notice of appeal to the Tribunal under the Protection of Employees (Employer's Insolvency) Acts 1984 to 2004

T1D option - is to be used for the Implementation of the Rights Commissioners Recommendation/decision to the Tribunal

OLD FORMS

You can still complete the old forms if you wish by selecting the following; T1B, T1C & T1D.  However, the Tribunal will give priority to electronic forms received, in order to speed up the administrative processing of claim forms and improve the service provided to our customers. Please ensure to use current forms when making an application as forms are  updated on a regular basis.
