The Employment Appeals Tribunal is an independent body bound to act judicially and was set up to provide a speedy, fair, inexpensive and informal means for individuals to seek remedies for alleged infringements of their statutory rights.
If you think that your employment rights have been infringed, you can refer a claim to the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
To do so, please complete the appropriate claim form, which can be downloaded from this web site.
