How to make an application

If you want to make an application to have your case heard by the Tribunal you must complete the correct form and return it to the Tribunal within a specified time limit.

PLEASE ADVISE THE TRIBUNAL SECRETARIAT (01 6313006) IF YOU REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL FACILITIES WHEN ATTENDING A TRIBUNAL HEARING.
