There are strict time limits for making an application to the Employment Appeals Tribunal. There are also time limits for appealing a Determination of the Employment Appeals Tribunal to the Courts.

The time limits vary depending on the terms of the Act used to make or appeal a claim.

T1-B Form: T1 -B Form: This form is to be used for appeals of the Rights Commissioner’s Recommendation to the Tribunal under the following legislation
T1-C Form: This form is to be used for appeals to the Tribunal under the Protection of Employees (Employers' Insolvency) Acts, 1984 to 2004.
T1-D Form: T1-D: Notice for the Implementation of the Rights Commissioners Recommendation to Employment Appeals Tribunal
