How to make a complaint or an appeal

A complaint can be made using the Workplace Relations Complaint Form (Workplace Relations Complaint Form)

Appeals against decisions can be made on the following forms (T1B & T1C). Claims seeking the implementation of a decision can be made on the form (T1D).
